Megan is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Wilmington, and received her J.D. from the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2004.

Megan was named Partner with Colby Thornes in 2006 where she concentrates on various and often complex issues surrounding estate planning and taxation.

At Colby & Thornes, PLLC, Megan drafts and supervises revocable and irrevocable trusts and related documents, limited liability companies, contracts and corporate documents. She develops and implements strategies designed to facilitate the lifetime and testamentary objectives of her clients with special emphasis on tax and liability protection.

Megan resides in Scottsdale with her husband, Brian, and young daughter.
